Dan Barrington
After graduating with an Honours Degree in Politics, Dan gained invaluable experience in sales and marketing prior to entering the recruitment industry in 1998, originally working in the Information Technology arena. Dan moved into the Pharmaceutical sector and has worked in this field for some years, specialising in the provision of both Permanent and Contract recruitment services. After working at Senior Management level, Dan joined forces with Steve James and founded Barrington James Limited in May 2002.


Steve James
After studying in Business and Finance, Steve entered the recruitment industry in April 1985 and worked in various market sectors, predominantly Information Technology and the Pharmaceutical field. In his last position as Sales Director, Steve was responsible for the day-to-day management of a sales team. Steve founded Barrington James Limited with Dan Barrington in May 2002 and, together, they seized the opportunity to implement their ideas and working methods to their full advantage

Steve and Dan share many common ideals and have strong working relationships with a number of influential clients.
