A former ‘Rookie of the Year’
Chris joined Barrington James as a consultant in January 2011 having worked for 7 years in Sales and Management roles, but with only 6 months specific recruitment experience. Within less than a year Chris had secured his first promotion to Senior Consultant. He quickly went on to win the award for ‘Rookie of the Year’ for his performance, and had taken on a new member of staff to manage and mentor.
Marked as a ‘high flier’ with a typically, for Barrington James, strong work ethic, Chris continued to demonstrate success building up an enviable bank of experience in medical recruitment, with the networks necessary to benefit time-pressed clients and ambitious candidates alike.
Chris rose rapidly in the organisation, becoming a Sales Manager, and in 2014 being promoted to Associate Sales Director. He now manages a team of five medical specialists working in EMEA. This progress reflects not only Chris’s mastery of his area and very high levels of client and candidate satisfaction, but has been made possible by the global expansion of Barrington James.
