Our client who operates in 50 countries and with over 30,000 staff worldwide had failed in the recruitment of two European Pricing and Market Access Directors. Highly qualified Pricing specialists are rare and there was some uncertainty from potential candidates over the long term stability of the company.
A “Contingency” headhunting approach was chosen due to our confidence that our extensive network of contacts within International Pricing and Market Access would uncover the most suitable candidates; this meant we were able to present a short list of candidates that were not in the market for a new position.
Successfully placed two individuals at Director level, both were sourced from the Consulting industry and from a Vaccines Manufacturer, areas that were not initially considered. Both candidates are now playing pivotal roles in establishing the European Pricing and Market Access department.
