Whilst looking for a Team Lead for Manufacturing they were unable to find suitable candidates with the appropriate skillset from any of the standard conventional methods used for recruiting these highly talented and skilled individuals.


To adopt a Retained “Campaign Management” methodology, and provide qualified candidates on a case by case basis, through headhunting and advertising.


The very first candidate submitted was successful, saving a huge amount of time in market mapping with the client satisfied they had found a candidate that was impossible to source themselves. Once in post productivity and throughout for the manufacturing side of the organization improved dramatically in line with company sales budgets.
