Our client had been looking for a Head of Drug Safety for over 12 months. They had seen many CV’s and interviewed many candidates, none of these were successful because what the hiring manager really wanted was not in job description.
We fully audited the role with the hiring manager via Human Resources, and gained a unique insight into exactly what the hiring manager was looking for. We recruited for the client using our “Contingency” service as we believed that the perfect candidate was already available to us. We used our extensive network within drug safety to find the perfect match for our client quickly.
We sent three CV’s for the role within a week and all three candidates were interviewed. The successful candidate was offered that same month and started three months later. Thanks to following this process we were also able to reduce the time that the Human Resources department had to take up reviewing irrelevant CV’s from other sources.
