Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to optimize financial performance and mitigate risk
- Build the companies infrastructure for commercialization
- Develop clear financial narratives, KPIs, and reports for venture and strategic investors.
- Oversee audits, tax strategy, and payroll.
- Integrate operational metrics with financial reporting for data-driven decisions.
- Oversee treasury, insurance, and corporate governance.
- Drive IPO readiness and future SOX compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience in Biotech
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
