🚨 We’re Hiring: Regional Senior Director, Commercial Excellence & Data Analytic's (Singapore-based)
📍 Location: Singapore | Scope: Asia-Pacific

We’re looking for a high-impact leader to drive transformation in commercial excellence across our regional pharmaceutical business. This is not a maintenance role — we need a change agent with sharp strategic instincts and the operational firepower to match.

🔑 What You’ll Drive:

• Commercial Excellence Strategy across diverse markets and business lines

• Deployment of Omnichannel HCP Engagement tools and platforms

• High-performance culture built on data-driven execution and analytic's

🚀 What You Bring:

You must bring proven success in at least two of the following three areas:

1. Transformational leadership with a performance-first mindset

2. Salesforce Excellence: deep understanding of sales force effectiveness fundamentals

3. Omnichannel/Digital HCP Engagement: ideally in the pharma space

🎯 Who You Are:

• 12+ years in pharma/OTC commercial roles, 5+ years in leadership

• Regional or BU-level ComEx/GM experience in APAC preferred

• Strong cross-functional leadership and comfort in matrix environments

• Ambitious: sees this role as a springboard to a GM role within 3 years

• Brings clarity, builds capability, and leads with purpose
