Continuous Improvement Engineer

Barrington James’ dedicated R&D division is proud to be partnering with a pioneering medical company that is rapidly growing as a global leader in the sports medicine market. This collaboration represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge advancements in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

They are currently seeking an experienced Qualification and Validation Officer to join their team onsite in Dijon, France. This is an onsite position with flexibility offered over time based on tenure with the company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Validation Master Plan: Oversee the full scope, including products, equipment, and software.
• Product Release: Support QARA service continuity with product release activities.
• Change Control: Manage change control for qualifications and validations.
• Documentation: Draft and manage IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and reports.
• Validation Execution: Coordinate with Production on validation batch execution.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required
• Experience: 5+ years in qualification/validation within the medical device industry.
• Fluency in French is essential and good written and spoken communication in English
