Field Service Engineer - Rhode Island

Location: Rhode Island

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 (Depending on Experience)

Travel: Limited (Hospitals within a short radius)

Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer (FSE) with a focus on CT/MRI to support customers in Rhode Island. This role requires a hands-on technician with a strong background in advanced imaging systems and customer support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a tight-knit territory with minimal travel while ensuring optimal imaging equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation, maintenance, and technical support for CT and MRI imaging systems.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional and responsive service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service needs.
• Identify and refer to potential service agreements or capital sales for additional incentives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in CT and MRI system service.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service ability.
• OEM training or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
