Healthcare Commercial Consultant

Barrington James' client is looking for a Commercial Consultant to join a growing life sciences strategy consulting team in Tokyo. This role is ideal for candidates looking to combine their analytical skills, business acumen, and passion for healthcare to drive high-impact, data-driven consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize complex datasets to deliver actionable insights that support client objectives.

• Design and execute research methodologies to address strategic business challenges.

• Create clear, impactful presentations and reports by organizing and visualizing data effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams to solve client problems and develop innovative, tailored solutions.

• Engage with clients to understand needs and ensure project alignment, under supervision.

• Support proposal development with contributions to market analysis, strategy, and solution design.

• Coordinate with senior consultants to manage project timelines and ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience (consulting, healthcare, pharma, or related industries preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
