Senior Manager HEOR
Reporting directly in to the Head of Market Access, your role will be to develop HEOR strategies.

Location - Germany
Salary - €100,000-€150,000
As a senior manager you will:
Develop and maintain partnerships with academic research institutions, contract research organizations and other HEOR leaders in order to optimize the impact of HEOR research.
Project Manage and be involved with all aspects of clinical development
Ensure efficient, economical and timely development of
- Value dossier
- Economic models
- Retrospective database analysis
- Real life evidence data
What you must have to be successful
Direct experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Positive track record in HEOR
Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
Graduate degree (MSc or PhD) in relevant discipline
Good understanding of healthcare and reimbursement systems worldwide
Knowledge of MS Office including Health Economic models implemented in Excel
Knowledge of MA environment in major markets (EU5 etc)
Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential
Ability to lead corporate, cross functional projects
