Team Sales Manager
As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking for a Team Manager to join our office in SINGAPORE.
Leading by example, you will be expected to demonstrate the attributes of a successful consultant whilst also being able to manage and develop your own team which will consist of resourcers and experienced recruiters.

What are we looking for?
A proven biller that is looking for a management opportunity.
A background in winning new business while supporting key accounts.
The ability to manage a team whilst writing your own business.
Experience of setting targets, managing KPI’s and team performance.
Ambitious, entrepreneurial and resilient mindset.
Ability to utilise “soft sales skills”.
Able to gain “buy in” from both clients & colleagues.
