As a successful candidate you will be asked to carry out routine monitoring inclusive of SSU activity and Close Out visits. You will also be required to organise and make presentations at Investigator meetings, report, write narratives and follow-up on serious adverse events, review progress of projects and initiate appropriate actions to achieve target objectives, serve as a lead monitor for protocols and projects – assisting also in the monitoring plan and the development of protocols and CRF, Interact with internal work groups to evaluate needs and resources, as well as many more responsibilities including functioning as a mentor for more junior CRAs providing support and training to assist in their development.
The desired requirements… > Proven, excellent independent site monitoring skills > Good planning and organisation skills > Good computer skills > Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English > The ability to resolve project – related problems and prioritise workload effectively
