Competitive Basic salary +​ achievable first year OTE Circa £45,000 - £55,000 PLUS in-house management training, company share scheme, excellent working enrovinment, overseas travel/​work opportunities, personal PLUS team commission.

To be considered for this role, candidates must:

·         Possess a minimum of 2 years senior consultant experience.​

·         Be able to follow instruction well whilst understanding the importance of team work & delegation.​

·         Be self driven to succeed and adopt a tenacious approach with a consultative manner.​

·         Possess a confident & professional telephone manner.​

·         Understand the importance of soft sales skills.​

·         Competent at overcoming objections.​
