Health Economics Senior Manager (multiple roles open) - Southern California


Our client is a tier 1 biotechnology industry leader who is committed to delivering and manufacturing innovative human therapeutics.

The Global Health Economics teams ensures that patient and payer perspectives are considered during the value generation of innovative biologics, by developing evidence packages using cost modeling, database analysis, and PROs (patient reported outcomes) to achieve successful HTA submissions. The Health Economics Senior Manager will help develop and lead Global Health Economics (GHE) value-evidence strategy for our client’s marketed products and pipeline asset. 


·         Integrate with global research team and program to support the asset, regional and local business units, strategy and GHE plan

·         Develops strategy and selection of Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs)

·         Develops FDA briefing documents for PRO label discussions

·         Develops and adapt core economic models with vendors and internal center of excellence

·         Develops and communicates the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and final value propositions

·         Oversees or conducts relevant meta-analysis, systematic review

·         Develops or collaborates on global reimbursement strategy

·         Doctorate Degree & 2 years of outcomes research experience OR master's Degree & 6 years of outcomes research experience OR bachelor's Degree & 8 years of outcomes research experience

·         2+ years’ experience in global outcomes research and dossier submissions for reimbursement

·         2+ years’ experience in PRO/HRQOL research

·         2+ years’ experience developing pharmacoeconomic models

·         Knowledge of epidemiology, economics, psychometrics and medical writing
