Are you passionate about advancing clinical adoption and scientific leadership in oncology? Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Medical Affairs Lead to drive their medical strategy for our innovative interventional oncology portfolio across the APAC region.
"In this highly cross-functional role, you will serve as the premier subject matter expert in liver-directed therapies. You will partner with Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to translate emerging clinical evidence into actionable business strategies, shape evidence-generation plans, and ultimately improve patient care.
What You Will Do

Drive Medical Strategy: Develop and execute impactful regional medical affairs and evidence-generation strategies aligned with global objectives.

Scientific Leadership & Communication: Translate complex clinical data into compelling medical messaging. Lead scientific data dissemination through advisory boards, publications, congresses, and educational programs.

Engage Key Stakeholders: Build and nurture strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), investigators, and professional societies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather and analyze medical insights from the field to inform upstream marketing, lifecycle management, and product launch strategies.

Team Leadership: Provide scientific guidance, coaching, and strategic direction to our regional Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs).

Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity and patient-centric decision-making across all medical activities.
What You Bring

Education: MD, PhD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree (medicine, pharmacy, biomedical sciences).

Experience: 5–10 years of impactful experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or a related healthcare role.

Clinical Expertise: A strong background in Interventional Radiology, Hepatology, Hepatic Surgery, or Medical Oncology (liver cancer expertise is highly preferred). Experience with liver-directed therapies or radioembolization is a strong plus.

Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate scientific evidence into successful medical and business strategies.

Relationship Building: An established track record of effectively engaging KOLs and leading high-level scientific exchange.

Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in an Asian language (Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is highly desirable."
