This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of growth and play a key role in building a scalable European public-sector commercial strategy.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and converting relationships with public healthcare and research institutions across France and Europe.

You will work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, engaging with research directors, clinicians, professors, innovation teams, IT/data leaders, technology-transfer teams and institutional decision-makers.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how public healthcare and research organisations operate and has a proven ability to navigate long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders and institutional procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex sales and partnership processes from initial engagement through to negotiation, contracting and implementation.
- Negotiate and close long-term agreements covering technology integration, platform adoption, research collaboration and institutional partnerships.
- Navigate complex public-sector procurement and decision-making structures, ensuring opportunities progress effectively through the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships that enable broad deployment of the company's technology across hospital and research networks.
- Identify and participate in relevant European and French collaborative funding opportunities, including Horizon Europe, France 2030 and other public research initiatives.
- Represent the company at healthcare, research, AI and life sciences conferences, congresses and institutional events across Europe.
- Develop a strong network across the European healthcare and research ecosystem and act as a key external ambassador for the business.
- Work closely with senior leadership, product, scientific and technical teams to translate institutional needs into commercially viable partnerships.
- Provide market intelligence on the evolving European public healthcare, research and digital health landscape.
- Help structure and scale the company's public-sector commercial offering with a view to widespread adoption across European institutions.
