Feasibility Manager

The role

You’ll lead feasibility for incoming studies, assessing whether and how the organisation’s research network can deliver them. You’ll work closely with business development, patient recruitment, site leadership and quality and compliance to give clear, evidence-based answers quickly. 

What you’ll do

• Lead feasibility assessments for new studies across a multi-site research network
• Work proactively with business development to qualify opportunities and respond to sponsor requests at pace
• Draw on patient recruitment and site-level insight to forecast enrolment and delivery realistically
• Spot risks early and recommend clear, practical next steps
• Help build and refine feasibility processes and tools as the organisation scales

About you

• Prior feasibility experience within a clinical research site network, ideally one of similar scale and speed
• Strong analytical and deductive reasoning, and you ask the question behind the question
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A sense of urgency and a record of delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across remote, cross-functional teams
