■ Main Duties
- Management and member development of the Japan FP&A team
- Financial analysis and reporting supporting business unit decision-making (World Class Finance and Sales Operation Analytics)
- Jointly formulate budget plans including investment and FTE with business units, and manage ROI and forecasts.
- Building models and dashboards to track new product launches and sales performance
- Global Finance Team Collaborates with APAC Regional Offices and US Headquarters (Budgeting, Forecasting, Medium- to Long-Term Planning)
- Monthly management reports and cross-departmental problem resolution
- Over 7 years of FP&A experience (equivalent to manager, experience at multinational companies)
- Business communication skills in both Japanese and English (English required)
- Financial statement analysis and modeling, advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience partnering with other departments such as sales and marketing
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis and dashboard creation (management experience alone is not eligible)
- US CPA and/or MBA
- Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL
- Someone who can handle tough communication positively. Not only logical, but also flexible enough to empathize with stakeholders' emotional sides, who can change policies easily.
