About the opportunity

The role may also include acting as interim leader of the TechOps LatAm organisation.

  • Assess and document the acquired organisation’s current TechOps set-up, covering the operating model, processes, material, product and financial flows, systems, data and governance, with a focus on Supply Chain and Quality.
  • Work with the TechOps Leadership Team to define the integration strategy, the target operating model and the future organisation for the LatAm markets.
  • Turn approved decisions into an end-to-end integration roadmap, with workstreams, owners, milestones and measurable success criteria.
  • Lead implementation across Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, IT and other enabling functions.
  • Set up integration governance, decision forums, reporting routines and escalation paths across global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Design the target supply chain for own and partner products, including E2E planning, S&OP integration, Order to Cash, and network, warehousing and transport strategy for the region.
  • Run cross-functional gap assessments and remediation to align local processes, quality systems and regulatory obligations with group standards.
  • Coordinate process, system and data integration, including master data, validation, cutover and post-go-live support, and bring external CMOs, 3PLs and local QC testing into the new model.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to supply, quality, regulatory compliance, pharmacovigilance, financial controls and data integrity.
  • Track costs, synergies and benefits, and give senior leadership clear progress updates and decision proposals.
  • Build alignment between the acquired and group teams through stakeholder engagement, change-impact assessment, training and adoption plans.

What you’ll bring

  • A proven track record of leading complex TechOps integrations or large-scale transformation programmes in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management, with the ability to bring clarity and drive decisions in an ambiguous environment
  • Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chains and quality systems
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (essential)
  • Portuguese (an advantage)
  • The ability to work onsite in São Paulo or Bogotá
