I am a Development Coach at Barrington James supporting and coaching recruitment consultants of all levels around the full cycle recruitment process. Within Barrington James we operate as a driven team of communicative consultants; we have the ability to efficiently manage and succeed in rapid, top-quality, high-calibre candidate qualification. The consultants will take the process all the way to the offer phase at a comfortable pace to suit the needs and demands of other staff members, such as the hiring manager and HR associates.
