The Role
You will play a key part in delivering local, regional, and global projects for top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies. Reporting to a functional lead, you will help clients navigate complex healthcare landscapes, HTA processes, and market access challenges.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Delivery: Design and conduct high-quality primary and secondary research. Support the development of value dossiers, reimbursement submissions, health economic models, and patient insights.

  • Client Interaction: Contribute to client meetings and help develop compelling, logical reports and presentations.

  • Business Growth: Assist in identifying new leads and developing proposals to support the growth of the business.

  • Team Collaboration: Work in a high-energy, small-team environment, sharing knowledge and potentially buddying new team members.

Who You Are:

  • Bilingual: You have fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal). Additional languages like Mandarin or Korean are a distinct advantage.

  • Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

  • Experienced: You have 1-3 years of experience in life sciences consulting or an industry role focusing on commercial excellence, market access, policy, or health outcomes.

  • Analytical: You have advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and can manage multiple projects within tight timelines.

  • Communicative: You possess excellent writing and presentation skills and can structure a storyboard in a logical, coherent manner.
