B2B Distributor Manager  - Regional APAC - Based Malaysia (Pharmaceuticals)


We are seeking a commercially driven B2B Distributor Manager to lead and grow our clients pharmaceutical business across Malaysia and other South East Asia countries. This role is ideal for a high-energy, agile professional with strong experience managing pharmaceutical distributors and specialty pharma portfolios.

You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving revenue through effective partner management. This is a hands-on, “hunter” role requiring strong market insight, business acumen, and a proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise relationships with pharmaceutical distribution partners
  • Analyse market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform GTM strategy
  • Drive sales growth and expand market presence across key segments
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within specialty pharma
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful execution of commercial plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical distributor management
  • Strong exposure to specialty pharma products
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and grow business
  • Commercially savvy with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Agile, proactive, and a true hunter mindset
