Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator Phase I

A leading early-phase clinical research site in Miami is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume clinical pharmacology unit. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in Phase I and early-phase clinical research, working closely alongside experienced CRCs across the full study lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Support CRCs in coordinating Phase I and early-phase studies from startup through closeout
• Assist with subject screening, informed consent processes, and study visit coordination
• Help perform and document clinical procedures, including vitals, under CRC/PI supervision
• Maintain source documentation and support study file organization
• Assist with EDC data entry and query resolution
• Support adverse event tracking and reporting per protocol requirements
• Help prepare for and support sponsor/CRO monitoring visits
• Assist with investigational product handling and accountability per protocol

Requirements:

• Prior exposure to clinical research coordination
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English 
• Comfortable working with protocols and learning EDC systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
• Must be based in or willing to work on-site full-time in Miami, FL
• Current US work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
