Lead Projects & Grow a Team – High-Impact Role in Life Sciences Strategy (Japan Focus)

About the opportunity:
Seeking an experienced leader to drive project success, client relationships, and team growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own both delivery and business development—without the overhead of a large corporate structure.

• Lead & Inspire – Mentor and coach a high-performing team, leading by example across client engagements and project execution.

What you bring:

• Experience: 8+ years in life sciences consulting, with must-have expertise in HEOR, HTA, or RWE specifically within the Japanese market.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (advanced degree a plus).

• Mindset & skills: Strong communicator, accountable, strategic thinker who can also execute. Comfortable managing teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment—and staying calm under pressure.
