The Associate Director (AD) of Market Research - Direct to Consumer will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient, consumer, and media market research for assigned brands or therapeutic areas (TAs).

This role will also involve analyzing syndicated and secondary market data to support both performance measurement and broader market understanding within the scopes of MR and CI.

 

The role is based on-site in Connecticut with hybrid flexibility at 2-3 days per week on site. great stability and a ladder for career progression.

 

Key Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree plus seven (7) years pharmaceutical experience, or equivalent experience in related pharmaceutical function OR Master´s degree with five (5) years of this experience.
  • 4+ years of experience independently leading US focused consumer/direct-to-consumer market research.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (verbal, written and presentation skills).
