Associate Principal — Digital & Technology, Supply Chain

About the role

Our client, a global digital and technology consultancy, is growing its Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice in Europe and is looking for an Associate Principal to help build out the team. This is a client-facing leadership role: you'll run large-scale supply chain technology programmes, own senior client relationships, and shape the practice's growth across the region.

This is a technology delivery role at its core — data and AI capability sits on top of that foundation, not in place of it.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of large-scale supply chain technology programmes — enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Oracle), planning systems (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, OMP, Anaplan), architecture, integration and data platforms
• Own scope, budget, teams and go-lives across multiple concurrent programmes
• Layer analytics and AI capability on top of the technology estate — forecasting, inventory optimisation, control towers, exception detection
• Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor at executive level
• Grow accounts — identify and sell follow-on work, shape commercial proposals (pricing, SOWs)
• Contribute to and lead thought leadership — points of view, reusable assets and accelerators
• Help build out a growing European team

What you'll bring

• 12+ years in IT services or technology consulting, with 5+ years leading large delivery teams on supply chain technology programmes
• Deep hands-on experience delivering enterprise platform and planning system implementations (SAP S/4HANA, IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, or OMP)
• Experience with supply chain data platforms, data products or master data management
• A track record of embedding analytics or AI into technology delivery — not an analytics-only background
• Life sciences, pharma, biotech or medtech supply chain experience is a strong plus (clinical supply, serialisation, GxP, commercial supply)
• Proven exec-level client ownership and a record of growing accounts
• Right to work in the UK, Switzerland or Germany as applicable to your base location
