Associate Principal / Manager – Digital & Technology (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)

Within the Digital & Technology group, the Supply Chain & Manufacturing practice partners with clients to design, build, and run the technology backbone behind modern supply chains — from planning platforms and data products to AI, BI, cloud, and master data management.

We're hiring client-facing supply chain technology delivery leaders to run multiple concurrent programmes, own senior client relationships, and grow the practice across Europe. This is a high-visibility role with a clear path for career progression, direct exposure to executive stakeholders, and the opportunity to help shape a growing offering.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of large-scale supply chain technology programmes — planning platforms, data products, AI/BI initiatives, cloud migrations, and master data management — across onshore and offshore teams
• Own the client relationship at a senior level, acting as the trusted advisor on technology strategy and delivery
• Manage programme commercials: pricing, statements of work, resourcing, and status reporting
• Identify and sell follow-on work, growing existing accounts and contributing to new business
• Shape architecture and technical approach, challenging designs where needed rather than just executing them
• Build and contribute to points of view, assets, and accelerators on emerging supply chain technology (e.g. GenAI in planning, control towers)
• Mentor and develop talent across the practice

What we're looking for

• Manager: 10+ years in IT services or technology consulting, including 5+ years leading large delivery teams within supply chain
• Associate Principal: 12+ years in IT services or technology consulting, including 5+ years leading large delivery teams across multiple concurrent supply chain programmes
• A client-facing consulting or IT services background, with a track record of owning senior (exec-level) client relationships
• Hands-on experience with core supply chain technology — SAP (S/4, IBP, APO) or Oracle SCM — plus cloud
• Experience with planning tools such as Kinaxis, Anaplan, Aera, OMP, o9, or Blue Yonder (multiple tools a strong plus)
• Exposure to data, AI, and platform work on supply chain projects: BI, analytics, big data, cloud, or MDM
• A commercial mindset — experience pricing engagements, planning capacity, and staffing across onshore/offshore delivery models
• A demonstrated ability to grow accounts and sell extensions or new work
• Right to work in the UK, Switzerland, or Germany as applicable; German language skills a plus for Switzerland/Germany-based roles
