Associate Sales Manager | Thailand
An exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical organisation in Thailand, driving growth across a high-impact portfolio.
We are looking for a dynamic Associate Sales Manager to support and work closely with the Sales Manager, and lead your own team of 5 sales representatives across the "Up-country" region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing sales strategies and achieving business targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and implement effective territory plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Medical teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences (Pharmacist preferred)
- Proven leadership of pharmaceutical sales reps, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to work independently
- Hands-on, driven, and results-oriented mindset
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Prior experience in hospital / specialty care portfolios preferred
- Exposure to anti-infectives, CNS, or similar therapeutic areas is an advantage
- Previous experience in a senior sales or leadership capacity is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the Thailand healthcare market especially in the up-country region
