If you are someone with a M.S. and 3 years of experience related to cellular & molecular biology or biochemistry and the following skills, you might be a great fit:
- Mammalian cell line experience
- CRISPR gene editing
- Molecular cloning
- Large scale DNA extraction (Maxi or Giga prep)
- PCR (ddPCR preferred)
- Western Blot, ELISA, chromatography
- MSD, Luminex
- Multicolor flow cytometry
