This is not a traditional CFO opportunity.

As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer to work alongside the leadership team for approximately 1 - 2 days per week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as a strategic financial partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Supporting fundraising activities and investor engagement
• Building and refining financial models and growth strategies
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Preparing board and investor reporting
• Helping shape commercial and operational decision-making
• Supporting future funding rounds and growth initiatives
• Establishing scalable financial processes for long-term success

What We're Looking For

• Previous CFO experience within startups, scale-ups, or high-growth businesses
• Proven fundraising experience, ideally across venture capital, growth equity, or strategic investment rounds
• Experience within digital health, healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments
• Commercially minded with a strategic outlook
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving startup environments
• Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes
• A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive within a close-knit team
