We are partnered with a global life sciences consulting firm. Looking for a Client Service Partner to be working with clients from the DACH region as well as expanding presence globally.

- Build and grow strategic relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and scope high-impact strategic and operational projects
- Collaborate with Talent Service Partners to identify top-tier independent consultants to deliver exceptional results
- Provide hands-on project oversight, quality control, and client delivery
- Drive commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities
- Proven track record in business development within pharma, biotech, or medical devices
- Strong consulting background in structuring, framing, and quality assurance of complex projects
- Experienced in negotiating and closing deals
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and relationship-oriented
- Eligible to work in Switzerland or the EU
