We’re looking for a clinically strong, self-driven, and highly motivated professional who thrives on making an impact. You’ll be the key link between clinicians, distributor partners, and the regional internal team -  ensuring their life-changing products are understood, adopted, and valued.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and execute your clinical training territory plan to drive revenue and market share

• Train, support, and empower distributor partners to maximize their sales opportunities

• Build strong relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and KOLs

• Partner with marketing on product launches and campaigns

• Deliver impactful education programs, clinical training, and peer-to-peer events

• Engage with government and reimbursement bodies to enhance product access

• Leverage CRM, data, and omnichannel tools to track and grow opportunities

What You Bring:

• A proven track record in medical devices, ideally in a similar  clinical role (Respiratory, ICU, Anesthesia networks highly favoured)

• Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to communicate value to healthcare professionals

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both clinical and commercial stakeholders

• A results-driven mindset with strong territory and account management skills

• High energy, adaptability, and self-motivation to deliver results independently

• Willingness to travel extensively across Thailand and occasionally in APAC
