Responsibilities

Provide clinical and product support to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinical settings.

Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical guidance to medical staff to support appropriate and effective product usage.

Support internal commercial teams by providing clinical expertise and assisting with customer education activities as required.

Attend and support clinical procedures or cases when necessary, in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and hospital guidelines.

Prepare, manage, and maintain demonstration equipment, training materials, and related accessories.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

Support the achievement of departmental and organizational goals through assigned clinical, educational, and support activities.

Develop and maintain knowledge in the following areas:

Product and system functionality
-
Clinical applications and indications
-
Clinical workflow and procedural efficiency

Internal processes related to training and clinical support

Accurately document clinical support and training activities, manage expense reporting, and complete required administrative tasks using internal systems.
Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry, or equivalent experience

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently

Working Conditions

Ability to travel domestically up to approximately 50%
