Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and product support to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinical settings.

  • Deliver product education, in-service training, and clinical guidance to medical staff to support appropriate and effective product usage.

  • Support internal commercial teams by providing clinical expertise and assisting with customer education activities as required.

  • Attend and support clinical procedures or cases when necessary, in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and hospital guidelines.

  • Prepare, manage, and maintain demonstration equipment, training materials, and related accessories.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

  • Support the achievement of departmental and organizational goals through assigned clinical, educational, and support activities.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge in the following areas:

    • Product and system functionality

    • Clinical applications and indications

    • Clinical workflow and procedural efficiency

    • Internal processes related to training and clinical support

  • Accurately document clinical support and training activities, manage expense reporting, and complete required administrative tasks using internal systems.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry, or equivalent experience

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently

  • High level of professionalism and compliance awareness

  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to learn new products and clinical information in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to continuous professional development

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment


Working Conditions

  • Ability to travel domestically up to approximately 50%

  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours to support clinical cases or training activities when required
