What You Bring

• 5+ years’ leadership experience across sales and/or marketing in pharma

• Strong Immunology commercial expertise with the ability to set vision and execute strategy

• Proven launch & lifecycle management experience, including market access collaboration

• Outstanding cross-functional leadership, partnering with Medical, Market Access and Sales

• People leadership strength, with a track record of developing high-performing teams

• P&L ownership and strategic mindset to maximize portfolio value

• Partnership & alliance management capability to drive sustainable success

• Set the commercial vision and lead execution for the Immunology franchise in Singapore

• Drive patient access through strong commercial and market access strategies
