Barrington James are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Histopathologist / Cellular Pathologist to join a dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality histopathological diagnoses and contributing to innovative work in personalised medicine, biomarker development, and clinical research.

- Perform detailed histopathological examination and diagnosis across a wide range of organ sites
- Contribute to biomarker development and personalised medicine initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including scientists and clinicians
- Support clinical trials and research activities
- Contribute to scientific publications and continuous innovation
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MB BCh or equivalent)
- Full registration and licence to practice with GMC
- Completion of specialist training in histopathology (CCT or equivalent)
- Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists (FRCPath or equivalent)
Experience
- Extensive histopathological diagnosis across multiple organ sites
- Molecular pathology or a relevant subspecialty (desirable)
- Working within a clinical trial environment
- Proven track record in clinical research and publications
