An exciting leadership opportunity is now open with a growing pharmaceutical organization expanding its footprint across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic leader to take on a Country Head position, leading the overall business operations, sales & marketing strategy, and organizational growth in Vietnam

The business manages a diverse portfolio across:
• Ethical / Prescription Pharmaceuticals
• OTC products
• Consumer Healthcare brands

Key highlights of the role:

• Full P&L ownership and business leadership responsibility
• Lead and develop high-performing Sales & Marketing teams
• Drive sustainable business growth and transformation initiatives
• Manage a multi-channel commercial business across prescription and consumer portfolios
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships across the market
• Opportunity to play a key role in regional expansion plans

Ideal background:

• 15+ years within Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare
• Strong experience in General Management / BU Leadership
• Exposure across Ethical, OTC, and/or Consumer Healthcare portfolios
• Proven track record leading commercial teams and delivering growth
• Strong strategic thinking and people leadership capability
