As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key driver of customer satisfaction and retention.
You will oversee customer relationships and ensure the effective use of our Digital HealthTech solutions.

- Onboarding: Guide new customers through onboarding processes, ensuring they understand and successfully implement our solutions.
- Support: ongoing support to customers, addressing all issues and concerns
- Relationship Building: Develop long -term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer loyalty and retention.
- Success Planning: Define success metrics, create adoption plans, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert of our digital health solutions, advising customers on best practices, upgrades, & new features.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with product teams to improve solutions based on insights.
- Proactive Engagement: Identify additional feature opportunities & drive product adoption.
- Reporting: Track health scores, product usage, & report customer success metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (or equivalent experience in biotech or life sciences).
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, ideally in the Digital HealthTech space.
- Ability to troubleshoot & resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to visit clients.
