As Director of Product, this role is positioned at the forefront of digital health and life sciences innovation, leading the strategic direction, development, and commercial success of advanced software solutions. The position focuses on shaping long-term product vision, overseeing a diverse product portfolio, and guiding cross-functional teams through the full software lifecycle.

Working closely with executive leadership, engineering, commercial teams, and healthcare stakeholders, you will ensure that product initiatives are aligned with both business growth objectives and the evolving demands of a highly regulated healthcare landscape. Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Product to lead product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle execution across digital health and life sciences software offerings. This role will oversee product management teams, define strategic priorities, and ensure solutions deliver strong customer value, regulatory compliance, and sustainable commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership:
Define and execute a long-term product vision aligned with organisational goals, healthcare market needs, and emerging digital innovation trends.

Portfolio & Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the full product portfolio, managing the lifecycle from concept and development through launch, scale, and eventual sunset.

Product Roadmaps:
Lead the creation and execution of strategic product roadmaps across digital platforms, applications, and data-driven solutions.

Customer & Market Insights:
Act as the voice of the customer, incorporating insights from healthcare providers, life sciences organisations, and industry partners into product strategy.

Go-to-Market Strategy:
Drive go-to-market planning, including pricing strategy, product positioning, segmentation, and launch execution.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, data science, regulatory, clinical, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

Industry Representation:
Represent the organisation and product portfolio at industry events, conferences, and client engagements within the digital health ecosystem.

Sales & Marketing Enablement:
Support commercial teams with product messaging, demonstrations, training, and enablement materials.

Performance & ROI Management:
Define and track key performance indicators including product adoption, revenue growth, customer outcomes, and return on investment.

Market & Competitor Analysis:
Lead market intelligence initiatives, including competitor analysis, regulatory awareness, and industry trend monitoring.

Value Proposition & Positioning:
Develop and communicate clear, differentiated value propositions for digital health and life sciences software solutions.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.

Experience:
8+ years of experience in product management or product leadership within digital health, healthcare technology, life sciences software, or SaaS environments.

Leadership:
Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering strategy in complex, cross-functional environments.

Technical & Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of healthcare software, digital health platforms, data-driven products, and regulated healthcare environments.

Skills:
Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and healthcare concepts into successful product outcomes.

Travel:
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
