We are seeking a strategic and influential Director of Public Affairs for a leading medical device company, to drive high-impact policy, government relations, and market access initiatives across APAC. Based in Singapore, this role sits on the Regional Leadership Team and will shape the external policy landscape to support growth, innovation, and access to healthcare technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape Policy & Market Access: Influence regulatory frameworks, reimbursement pathways, and public health initiatives across APAC.
• Build Government Partnerships: Engage with policymakers, healthcare agencies, patient groups, and industry associations throughout the region.
• Lead Advocacy & Communications: Develop consistent messaging, elevate external profile, and respond to policy trends.
• Provide Strategic Insight: Advise regional leadership on risks and opportunities, aligning strategy with evolving policy.
• Develop Public Affairs Capability: Coordinate activities across markets, build talent, and track impact with clear KPIs.

• 10+ years in public affairs, government relations, or healthcare policy
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, reimbursement, and healthcare systems across APAC
• Proven track record building relationships with policymakers, healthcare agencies, and industry associations
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with senior commercial and corporate leaders
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
