Key Responsibilities
- Leading multiple teams through complex strategic engagements.
- Ensuring practical and strategically sound recommendations.
- Create alignment between strategic vision and operational execution.
- Coordinate between clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships.
- Foster a collaborative, high performance team environment.
- Provide deep industry knowledge and expertise when delivering strategic insight.
- Oversee problem structuring and analysis.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a top tier strategy consulting firm or similar.
- Strong knowledge of the health & life science sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Undergraduate + degree.
- Travel flexibility.
- Outstanding communication skills.
