Responsibilities
- Provide operational and application support to customers who have purchased our analytical systems.
- Propose optimized workflows and operational improvements to ensure smooth system usage and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct method development for LC and LC‑MS applications and participate in short‑term collaborative research projects with customers.
Qualifications

- Experience in method development for LC applications.
- A passion for understanding new technologies from first principles and sharing knowledge with others.
- The ability to complete assigned tasks within defined timelines.
