Field Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance of radiation therapy equipment at customer sites (hospitals and medical facilities)
• Diagnose equipment issues and carry out repairs as needed
• Conduct software and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide on-site technical support at customer facilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone and other communication channels
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Experience

• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, general system usage)
• Willingness and ability to travel (including domestic travel and training opportunities in the United States)
• Ability to work outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by medical facility schedules
• Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment (no resistance to using English)

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer
• Experience maintaining and servicing medical devices, particularly radiation therapy equipment or other large-scale machinery

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as an X-ray Work Supervisor (Radiation Protection Supervisor)
  • Candidates without this certification will be supported in obtaining it after joining
