Global Director, HEOR & RWE

The Opportunity

A rapidly growing biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Global Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) & Real-World Evidence (RWE) to lead evidence generation strategy across an expanding portfolio.

This role will have global responsibility for developing evidence frameworks that support pricing, reimbursement, HTA submissions and payer engagement. The position offers substantial visibility with executive leadership and direct influence on global development and commercialization plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global HEOR and RWE strategy across multiple assets
• Design evidence generation plans supporting payer requirements
• Oversee economic modelling, utility studies and burden-of-illness research
• Guide global publication strategies
• Ensure evidence packages support reimbursement and HTA submissions
• Manage external vendors and academic collaborations
• Partner with Clinical Development, Market Access and Medical Affairs leaders
• Build and lead a growing international HEOR function

Candidate Profile

• Advanced degree (PhD, MSc, PharmD or equivalent)
• 12+ years of HEOR, RWE or Market Access experience
• Experience supporting global launches
• Strong understanding of HTA requirements across Europe
• Expertise in economic evaluations and payer evidence requirements
• Leadership experience within pharmaceutical or biotech environments
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
