You will be optimising market access and pricing across global markets. You will work cross-functionally to shape reimbursement strategies which will enable patient access. You will lead and mentor staff, manage client relationships, and engage in business development.

- Manage client relationships and facilitate client presentations.
- Lead with innovative solutions to reimbursement and pricing barriers.
- Manage and develop staff to their fullest potential.
- Engage with key stakeholders globally.
- Provide tailormade market access strategies towards country-specific requirements.
- Masters degree in relevant discipline.
- 10+ years relevant experience at pharmaceutical companies, health technology assessment agencies, or consultancy companies within a multinational context.
- Experience in developing market access strategies globally.
- Experience handling uncertainty.
