Commercial Head, APAC 
Location: APAC (Singapore  or SEA based)

We are partnering with a global MedTech/Healthcare organisation with a strong dermatology portfolio, seeking a Commercial Head, APAC to lead and scale the region.

While globally established, the APAC business operates with a lean, high-growth, start-up mindset - requiring a leader who thrives in ambiguity, builds from the ground up, and is motivated by creating impact.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on commercial and operational leadership role, responsible for driving growth, stabilising and energising teams, and building a competitive edge across key APAC markets.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the regional strategy across a diverse dermatology portfolio spanning areas such as:

  • Medical dermatology
  • Aesthetic dermatology
  • Skin health innovations
  • Emerging technologies and treatment pathways

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the APAC commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and market penetration
  • Stabilise, coach, and develop a regional commercial team, fostering performance and accountability
  • Build strong market access, KOL, and distributor networks across the region
  • Partner cross-functionally with global teams to localise strategy effectively
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring structure, clarity, and execution discipline
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities within dermatology

  • Brings strong commercial acumen within MedTech, Pharma, or Dermatology
  • Has experience navigating complex, multi-market APAC environments
  • Demonstrates a “fighter mentality” - resilient, agile, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Can stabilise and build teams, creating structure where needed
