We are now seeking a Head of Product to lead and evolve one of their core product lines within a high-impact, mission-driven environment.


Role Overview

As Head of Product, you will define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a B2C-focused digital health platform that spans both clinician-facing and patient-facing experiences.

You will be responsible for shaping a product that directly influences health outcomes, user engagement, and overall experience, while ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and clinical standards.

This is a leadership role requiring close collaboration across engineering, clinical, design, marketing, and operations teams, as well as external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and clinical standards
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team, setting clear direction and fostering accountability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, engineering, design, and go-to-market functions
  • Leverage data, user research, and stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions and prioritisation
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and clinical considerations are embedded into product development from the outset
  • Define, track, and optimise key product metrics, including engagement, retention, and measurable outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the user—both patients and clinicians—within strategic and cross-functional discussions
  • Build a strong experimentation and iteration framework to drive continuous product improvement

About You

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or Head of Product role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, user-centric design, and agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience working within regulated industries, with awareness of compliance and safety considerations
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with technical, clinical, and executive audiences
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience building products with measurable clinical or behavioural outcomes
  • Exposure to working alongside clinical professionals (e.g. physicians, therapists, nurses)
  • Background in high-growth or early-stage environments
  • Technical literacy and ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
  • Passion for improving healthcare and patient outcomes
  • Experience in US or global healthcare technology markets

Compensation

The package includes a competitive combination of base salary, performance-related incentives, and equity. Compensation is designed to evolve alongside impact and contribution, with regular reviews to ensure alignment with high performance and value creation.
