I am partnered with a leading pharmacovigilance company who are looking to add an experienced leader to head up their QPPV Network and PV Governance function.

In this role, you will lead and grow the QPPV Network and PV Governance function, overseeing the provision of regional QPPVs and local PV roles, maintaining the PSMF, and ensuring sustained inspection readiness across the business. This role is vital to people who want to shape PV strategy at a senior level and who bring a genuine commitment to compliance and patient safety.

Key responsibilities Provide line management and leadership to the QPPV Network and PV Governance team. Own the PV Quality Management System, including SOPs, audits, and CAPA management. Ensure compliant delivery of regional QPPV and local PV services across EU/EAEU markets. Serve as a key PV contact point for Competent Authorities and represent clients during audits and inspections. Manage and qualify a network of Local PV expert vendors. Contribute PV expertise to business proposals and client relationships.

Experience you should bring

• M.D., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmacovigilance, including at least 3 years in a senior compliance function.
• In-depth knowledge of EU and global/local PV legislation, including GVP Modules I–XV.
• Proven ability to lead teams and complex quality/compliance systems.
• Active, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily PV work.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confident regulatory authority communication.
