Key Responsibilities

Organizational Culture: Design and lead initiatives that define, embed, and evolve our company culture as we grow.

HR Systems: Plan, implement, and continuously improve performance evaluation systems, internal policies, and employee handbooks.

Compensation & Rewards: Develop and refine compensation structures, including department-specific incentive programs that drive performance and retention.

Talent Management: Oversee organizational structuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure we have the right people in the right roles.

Employee Engagement: Analyze engagement surveys, identify areas for improvement, and drive action plans that make our people feel valued and heard.

Onboarding & Integration: Build a best-in-class onboarding experience that accelerates new hire productivity and cultural assimilation.

Learning & Development: Create and manage internal training programs that support professional growth at all levels.

Talent Acquisition: Support mid-career hiring efforts, working alongside our lead recruiter to attract top external talent.

Payroll & Labor Relations: Oversee payroll processing and labor compliance, with support from administrative staff.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of escalation for harassment complaints and other sensitive workplace issues.

Budget Management: Own the HR departmental budget, tracking actuals vs. forecasts and ensuring fiscal responsibility.

Executive Partnership: Regularly present proposals, data, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a small HR team, fostering a high-performance culture within your own function.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in planning, implementing, and improving HR systems (performance management, training, etc.)

Demonstrated expertise in designing and operating compensation structures, including incentive plans

Experience managing departmental budgets and analyzing actual vs. planned performance

Strong track record of communicating effectively with executive-level stakeholders

Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and evaluate team members
