Responsibilities

Lead APAC Execution

  • Own revenue targets and pipeline growth across APAC.
  • Build and optimize processes for lead generation, deal progression, and expansion.

Build & Scale a High‑Performing Team

Oversee and align multiple functions, including:

  • Customer Success – adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Inside Sales – inbound leads, renewals, SMB coverage
  • Sales Engineering – technical pre‑sales and customer engagement
  • Deal Desk & SaaS Contracting – streamlined approvals and pricing
  • Sales Forecasting & Operations – accuracy, predictability, and growth
  • Field Marketing – pipeline acceleration
  • Professional Services – successful implementations and long-term customer value

Drive Enablement & Cloud Adoption

  • Deliver world‑class enablement programs for cloud-based informatics solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that accelerate SaaS adoption across diverse APAC markets.

Strategic Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their informatics and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with strategic accounts and ecosystem partners across LIMS, ELN, automation, and related platforms.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of software or informatics leadership experience in APAC (Japan, Korea, ANZ, SEA).
  • Deep understanding of laboratory informatics (LIMS, ELN, CDS).
  • Proven ability to scale teams and drive revenue in a cloud or SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing customer success, inside sales, sales engineering, deal desk, and professional services.
  • Expertise in SaaS contracting, forecasting, and sales operations.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional influence skills.
